EVERY1ndependence, LLC is owned and operated by Jana Slagle. Jana founded EVERY1ndependence in 2019 after realizing that working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities is what she wants to do for the rest of her life. Jana has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as over seven years combined experience in fields directly related to providing supports to individuals with I/DD. In addition to her education and experience, Jana has and will continue to develop relationships and make connections within the community that will give EVERY1ndependence what it needs to be successful in making a difference in the lives of those it will serve.

Kyle Rosalez

Kyle is a full-time Direct Support Professional for EVERY1ndependence. Kyle graduated from Western Culinary Institute, and after a decade of cooking professionally, transitioned to working with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and has loved it ever since. Passionate and an advocate, he believes that everyone can live up to their potential to being independent and living their best lives. Kyle loves movies, games, comic books, and his dog; Hans!
Chloe Cisneros

Chloe is a full time DSP for Every1Independence. Chloe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Social Work. Chloe enjoys nature, music, photography, and traveling. Chloe is passionate about community integration and believes everyone deserves to live as independently as possible.
Angela Aasen

Angela lives wine country with her fiancé and cat! Summer is her favorite time of year, and she loves being outside in the sun so she can do some of her favorite activities such as camping, kayaking, biking and hiking! She also loves to volunteer at a small non profit thrift shop, and it's a dream of hers to have her own one day! She also enjoys reading, watching movies, playing games, and doing a ton of different arts and crafts!

Isabel is a full-time student and part-time provider with Every1. She loves reading, thrift shopping, board games, food, travel, anything outside, and anything creative. She is passionate about creating positive environments and supporting independence for all.
Jessica Eastwood

Jessica is a mother of 4 children & 3 kitties. They keep her busy! On the weekends they help her sell raw local honey at the farmers market. In her spare time she loves to be outdoors especially getting out on her kayak in the water! She loves arts and crafts and really loves her job!
